    Mr. Zoller is responsible for helping to set strategic direction for the company. He has overall responsibility for global distribution, secondaries and co-heads the firm’s fund origination effort. He is also involved in all major operating, management, fund origination and investment decisions of the company. Mr. Zoller received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, working first at White & Case, in the mergers and acquisitions department. He later joined Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York as a Vice President on the money market underwriting and trading desk, helping to manage the firm’s municipal variable rate book. Mr. Zoller later joined what became the public finance and infrastructure finance group at Merrill where he was assigned senior relationship management responsibilities. He is also involved in a number of philanthropic organizations. Mr. Zoller is a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63, 79) and a General Securities Principal (Series 24), registered with FINRA.

    Mr. Smith is a partner at Sixpoint Partners with a focus on our funds placement practice. He serves as head of project management and due diligence and co-heads the firm’s origination efforts. He is responsible for setting and executing the operating strategy, managing the due diligence process and integrating the sales strategy with project management. In addition, he covers select investors including large pension plan consultants, foundations, endowments and fund-of-funds, with a particular focus on the Midwest, North East and other select markets. Mr. Smith has been in the financial services industry since 1985, covering both corporate and institutional investors. Before joining Sixpoint Partners, he was the Managing Director responsible for structured equity solutions for all of HSBC’s corporate clients throughout the Americas. Prior to HSBC, he worked with Bank One, Bear Stearns, a subsidiary of Lazard, and also spent nine years overseas with Bankers Trust in both Asia and Europe. Mr. Smith also co-founded and sold one of Japan’s largest manufacturers of frozen specialty bread products. He is a graduate of Yale University, Summa Cum Laude, with a degree in Philosophy. Mr. Smith is a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63, 79) and a General Securities Principal (Series 24), registered with FINRA.

    Mr. Wiley is a partner of Sixpoint Partners and focuses on our funds placement activities in Asia. He has lived and worked in Asia since 1986. He heads the firm’s origination efforts with funds based in Asia and holds key investor relationships in the Asian markets. After completing an undergraduate degree at Dartmouth in 1984 where he majored in Chinese, Mr. Wiley began his career with Morgan Stanley’s M&A group in New York. In 1987 he joined Merrill Lynch’s investment banking team based in Hong Kong. At Merrill, and later as at Asian Capital Partners, he was involved in corporate equity capital market initiatives and the creation and listing of a variety of country-specific investment funds for Taiwan, India and Indonesia. Mr. Wiley worked in Macquarie’s corporate advisory division from 2001 to 2009 and held senior positions in Singapore, Jakarta and Beijing and functional responsibility for advisory, fundraising and principal investment activities in the natural resources sector. During his time as the first President Director of Macquarie’s Indonesian entity the firm developed into one of the leading resources-focused advisory firms in Southeast Asia. Between 2009 and 2013 Mr. Wiley was Asia head for Standard Chartered Bank’s Metals & Mining Group for strategic clients.

    Mr. Thornton manages Sixpoint’s Chicago office and has overall responsibility for Midwest distribution as well as select accounts in the Northeast. He also manages Sixpoint’s distribution practice in North America. Mr. Thornton’s coverage includes public pension funds, insurance companies, family offices/endowments, fund of funds, and diversified institutional investors throughout the Midwest and Northeast regions. Prior to joining Sixpoint, Mr. Thornton was a Director at Barclays Capital in the Institutional Client Group where he managed the middle market equity business for the Midwest region. Mr. Thornton also spent eight years at Lehman Brothers serving as a Senior Vice President in the Equities division covering more than 50 institutional accounts for general and diversified equity products.

    Mr. Thornton graduated from Denison University with a BS in economics and received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a General Securities Supervisor (Series 7, 9, 10 and 63) and a General Securities Principal (Series 24), registered with FINRA.

    Mr. Farina heads Sixpoint’s San Francisco office and has overall responsibility for West Coast distribution and Texas. Prior to joining Sixpoint, Mr. Farina was a Vice President in the M&A advisory group at Evercore Partners. Prior to a career in finance, Mr. Farina was a Captain in the United States Air Force where he was a computer security specialist for the Defense Intelligence Agency within the U.S. Intelligence Community. He earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science degree in Information Security from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy.     Dr. Albeseder is the managing partner of Prime Corporate Finance. At Prime, among his other investment banking activities, he focuses on raising capital for private equity funds with emphasis on Middle Eastern institutional investors. In the course of his professional career, Dr. Albeseder has been a partner of several accounting firms, including Ernst & Young and PwC.

    Mr. Mitchell is a Managing Director at Sixpoint Partners and heads the Austin office.  He is focused on the firm’s origination and sourcing activities with a particular emphasis on real asset and infrastructure opportunities. In addition, he maintains relationships with select investors. Prior to joining Sixpoint, he was a Partner at Champlain Advisors where he was involved in all facets of the firm including origination, due diligence, project management, and distribution.  Previously, Mr. Mitchell spent five years at Lehman Crossroads underwriting fund commitments and co-investments.  He earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business (Duke University) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (summa cum laude) in Finance from Texas Tech University.  He is a General Securities Representative (Series 7, Series 63), registered with FINRA.

    Mr. Schestag is a Managing Director at Sixpoint Partners, responsible for leading the firm’s Secondary Advisory business.  He has 14 years of investment banking experience, focused on the private equity industry.  Prior to joining Sixpoint, Mr. Schestag spent seven years with the Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse, where he was a senior member in the Secondary Advisory practice.  During his tenure in the Private Fund Group, he executed a broad range of secondary transactions on behalf of institutional investors and private investment firms.  Mr. Schestag began his investment banking career in Credit Suisse’s Financial Sponsors Group, executing debt and equity financings and financial advisory assignments on behalf of large cap and middle market private equity firms.  Mr. Schestag earned a B.A. in History from Reed College and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.

    Ms. Tan is a Managing Director of Sixpoint Partners and focuses on the firm’s distribution in Asia.  She has more than 15 years of capital raising, investment banking and direct investment experiences in the US and Asia.  Prior to joining Sixpoint, Ms. Tan was a managing director at Diamond Dragon Advisors and held Asia distribution as well as LP and GP development responsibilities for Greater China.  Ms. Tan started her career in New York at the TMT investment banking group with PaineWebber and J.P. Morgan Chase.  Later, she worked in the strategic planning group for American Express in both New York and China.  After that, Ms. Tan joined New Access Capital in Shanghai, working on private equity investment and corporate advisory deals focusing on the TMT and consumer sectors.

    Mr. Dinneen is a Director focused on origination, due diligence and project management. Prior to joining Sixpoint, Mr. Dinneen was a member of the due diligence and project management team of the Forbes Private Capital Group where he was responsible for G2 Investment Group’s sponsored and third-party fund raising assignments. Prior to joining the Forbes Private Capital Group in 2010, he was an Associate at Guggenheim Securities, LLC. Before joining Guggenheim in 2006, Mr. Dinneen worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Global Private Client division where he specialized in Merrill Lynch’s mortgage products area with a client relations focus. He graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.

    Mr. Gulotta is a Director focused on the origination and due diligence of general partners and the execution of Sixpoint’s Secondary Advisory mandates. He advises clients on structuring, marketing and negotiating secondary transactions and covers private equity secondary investors on behalf of the firm. Prior to joining Sixpoint in 2009, Mr. Gulotta was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Energy & Environmental Group within Public Finance where he helped originate and structure municipal and corporate bond offerings for investor-owned utilities, public power utilities, independent power producers, and water and wastewater systems. Mr. Gulotta received an MBA from Columbia Business School with Dean’s Honors and Distinction and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.     Mr. Joffe is a member of the Sixpoint Partners distribution team and is responsible for managing relationships in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic US. Prior to joining Sixpoint, Mr. Joffe was an Associate at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors/Leveraged Finance group where he helped analyze, advise, and execute on financial sponsor related transactions including high yield, leveraged loan and bridge financings in support of leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations and IPOs. Before Credit Suisse, Mr. Joffe was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. He earned an MBA from the Stern School of Business (NYU) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Bucknell University, and is a General Securities Representative (Series 7, Series 63), registered with FINRA. Prior to joining Sixpoint, Mr. Leonardo was an Associate Vice President at Ironwood Capital Management, a San Francisco based Fund of Hedge Funds, where he focused primarily on servicing the firm’s distribution and platform relationships. Prior to Ironwood, Mr. Leonardo was an Investment Management Associate at BlackRock where he was responsible for business development and advised institutional clients on customized portfolios and SMAs through the US Wealth Advisory and Global Client Group. Mr. Martín-Chocano also worked on a number of Project & Infrastructure finance transactions. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Hispanic Studies from Boston College.
